Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a luxurious stay at the hotel with a charming historical ambiance and stunning gardens. The views of the Ionian Sea are captivating, but the dining experience, especially in the hotel restaurant, was underwhelming and overpriced. Overall, the beauty and elegance of the property made for a memorable visit, despite some service hiccups and dining disappointments.
My experience at this hotel was enchanting, set in a historic building that is both charming and elegant. The views of Taormina Bay were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved having my own terrace with a glimpse of the stunning surroundings. However, the intermittent Wi-Fi and dated pool area were a bit of a letdown for a luxury resort. Overall, it's a beautiful place to escape and soak in the culture of Sicily.
This hotel, a converted monastery, offers stunning views and a beautiful atmosphere. While the rooms are spacious and elegant, some areas show signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment. The breakfast is exceptional, but evening meals could be improved. Overall, it’s a delightful place to stay, especially for those who enjoy relaxing gardens and a tranquil environment.
My stay at the hotel was truly enchanting, thanks to its stunning views of the Ionian Sea and a rich historical ambiance that makes it feel like a luxurious retreat. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful vistas, though the distance from the elevator could be a hassle after a long day of exploring. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was a highlight, providing a wide array of delicious options each morning. While the services were attentive, a couple of minor inconveniences with the plumbing reminded me that this was an older property. Overall, it was a memorable experience worth every penny.
Our stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience filled with elegance and history. The stunning views and beautiful grounds were highlights, while the dining options were exceptional, especially the Michelin-starred restaurant. However, we did find the rooms a bit outdated, and some areas felt lacking in convenience, especially the corridors. Despite the splurge, the overall experience felt worth every penny.
